"Went here to return a wedding gift but was refused because A. We weren’t registered at that store, B. We didn’t have a receipt, and C. They have a two week return policy. A. We gave the name of the person who bought the gift for us and the clerk looked up the wrong name and then told us it didn’t matter anyway since it had been over two weeks. B. We didn’t have a receipt but the items still had tags and she scanned them and found them in her inventory. So what’s the need in a receipt you might ask and I wouldn’t be able to answer you. C. We tried coming a few weeks earlier but they were closed ten minutes before their closing time. Tough luck for us from a place that sells 140$ candles. I’m being generous with two stars because the clerk was polite, and the place smelled nice. Very Fairhope."
