"The stay was typical in a 2 star hotel. Was charged an additional $150 on my credit card. When I called about the reason for the extra $150 charged, was told it was because somebody smoked in the room. Told whoever was on the phone that couldn't be right because I don't even smoke. Was told I must've had someone in the room that did smoke. I told her, first, I don't smoke, and second, I was the only person that stayed that night in the room. To which it was basically, I'm getting charged for it whether I did it or not and she hung up on me. Very bad customer service to say the least. Will never stay at that place again!!!"

"The room was clean and well maintained everyday. The wi-fi was surprisingly strong. I had no issues at all streaming Netflix, HBO, etc...my entire 5 day stay. Very quiet, and I never once felt unsafe. I will stay here again."

"Don't be fooled by the outside appearance, yes it's a little dated. The rooms have been nicely updated kept clean fresh Linens everyday. The staff was amazingly helpful courteous and polite. Shopping, restaurants and fast-food are all within 2 miles. I would stay here again the next time I'm in the area."

"So where do I start? They have made an attempt to update their rooms. That's about the only good news. The heater in the room didn't work, blew out nothing but cold air.. No hangers to hang our clothes... The towels were just short of being rags... The floors were replaced as an up grade but we're gritty and dirty. Then there's the bathroom shower... The light above the shower was filled with mold.. This is a motel at best not a hotel. I'm surprised that Days Inn has allowed them to use their brand name. Very over priced."
