"I was there today to buy my son some new shoes. Well, I asked the only guy who was there to get two pairs of tennis shoes in a different size so 10 or more minutes passed so I started to get anxious so I started to walk around the store and the young lady at the register saw me and she didn’t offer to help me, she just ignored me. Finally this guy came back but he just got only one pair of shoes, not the two pairs I asked him. When I was ready to check out that same lady was kind of rude to me so, in conclusion I am not going back to that store again"

"I recently had an experience at the Champs store that left me extremely disappointed. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority for the staff. Despite the fact that the store was not busy, no one came to greet me or ask if I needed any help. The only employee in sight was a white guy with glasses who seemed completely disinterested in the customers. He stood there with a vacant look in his eyes, not even glancing in our direction until we had to wave our hand in front of him to get his attention. His attitude was condescending and he acted like he was doing us a favor by handing us the shoe we wanted to purchase. As we continued browsing, we moved on to look at some white t-shirts. However, when a black guy approached us, he rudely snatched the shirt we were looking at right out of our hands. When we protested and said that we were still interested in buying the shirt, he replied with a dismissive attitude, saying he thought we were done with it. It was infuriating that he would assume we were done with an item we were clearly holding and examining. Overall, I have to say that this was the worst retail experience I have ever had. The customer service was nonexistent and the employees were rude and uninterested in helping us find what we needed. I will definitely not be returning to this Champs store in the future, and I strongly recommend that others avoid it as well."

"Boy they do alot of false advertising. Before I placed my order, it said that my shoes would be available for pickup today. After I placed the order, now it says pick up in 5 to 6 business days. They just lost a loyal customer."

"Staff is so friendly, but they are not the issue here. The problem is that the last two times I went in here the shoes On display that I inquired about, they did not have in stock. Why display something that you do not have? Both times, I purchased my shoes somewhere else."

"Don't know about the store service but the Champs call in service is horrible called multiple times had waited over 30 minutes for a person to answer and never got anyone had to hang up because I had other things to do. Never had that long of a wait to get someone on the phone with a problem. They cancelled my order saying my credit card company denied it but I called my credit card company and got someone right way to help my and they told me they didn't deny the purchase and it was approved. Can't even get anyone with Champs to dispute their claim. Very poor service with Website customer service. If I could give negative stars I would."
