Red Lobster

"Ordered surf and turf and a glass of wine with my friend. They weren’t busy. It took forever to get the wine. Our food came and my friend’s steak was almost burnt and mine was supposed to be medium rare but it was cooked medium so I gave it to her and waited for them to cook mine again. The manager never came over. At $45 for this meal you don’t get a salad. The lobster was slightly undercooked and the potatoes and broccoli were perfect. We finally got the biscuits when we’re almost done eating and the table across from us never got theirs. I was finished with my meal by the time my steak was done. I cut into it and it was overcooked again. I asked for the manager who was very pleasant and took the steak off the bill. I definitely won’t be eating here again."

"Place was basically empty, and no one was c Posted at the door to seat us. Finally a dead pan woman slowly paced towards us and said, “It’ll be a five minute wait”. No explanation was offered for the wait, and her demeanor was so unwelcoming. We left! You can have this place until they improved their atmosphere."

"I haven't been here in years, and now I know why! The food was terrible. Drinks were good. The server was friendly, but we never did even receive all of our food and couldn't even get a refill on the water water asking a few times! After having problems neither the manager (MIKE) or the "new" manager - 2 managers were on duty - never even came by to see if everything was ok or what they could do. Never. And the place was EMPTY. I have no idea what the "managers" were doing! Food took forever to come out. Over 2 hours to get dinner. At the end the discount in my app wouldn't work and the server said the manager said they couldn't do anything. Again, had they come to the table and actually spoken to us, they would've known that we were being charged for food we never received and they should be discounting it more than what I was owed from my app! But nothing. Paid full price for a garbage meal. STAY FAR AWAY"

"1st time here and it is not bad. If you are looking for fish the only thing is fish and chips or flounder. The appetizers were light, which was great. The crab linguine came out in a lot of butter/ oil in bowl I got. The scallops are delicious but the orizo rice it comes with wasn't cooked all the way and was very oily."

"If you're in the mood for seafood, Red Lobster has you covered. The unlimited biscuits are always fresh and warm. They serve a variety of seafood from lobster, crab, shrimp, scallops, and more. I recently got the Shrimp Linguini Alfredo that was very flavorful. With a friendly wait staff and fast service we the food satisfied our seafood itch. Although with five people the food was pretty pricey there are cheaper options on the menu. I would definitely go again!"
