"I came back in because my drink wasn’t made right, and this nice girl helped me out. She didn’t hesitate or question and made my drink perfectly with a smile. I was having a rough day, but she made it so much better. She said her name was Shayna! Great Dunkin experience."
"Went inside to get my coffee and donuts. The girl working the register had gloves on. I paid in cash, she gave me change then went to grab my donuts with the same gloves on. Eww gross! When I asked for her to put on a fresh pair of gloves and get me fresh donuts she got an attitude with me. Very unsanitary. I will not go to this location again. Their customer service sucks!"
"Every. Single. Time. Why is it so difficult to put the donuts at minimum facing upwards? I dislike in general they use bags vs box, we ordered 4 donuts, they all got destroyed for the most part. What’s the point of getting chocolate when 70% ends up on the bag? Frozen drink was also almost entirely melted, they tell you to use the app to order ahead but that seems silly if they make it the moment the order is placed."
"This is a great Dunkin donuts. It is a standalone store. It is very clean and always has a large selection of donuts. The staff are very friendly and every time I have visited here my order has been made correctly. My favorite thing is the egg bites those are so tasty."
