"These young kids these days have poor communication skills. Sad part about it is that technology is the problem. More and more that we use technology the less humans have to communicate with each other and be polite with one another. These kids play video games all night long cussing each other out while shooting each other in virtual reality Games. And I do not know how to act in real life."

"Sat through the drive thru for 10 minutes just to get an attitude from the girl over the speaker. I understand how it is to work in customer service, especially when there is plenty of cars in a drive thru. However. I was friendly, clear about my order, and stopped when she asked me to (so she could type in the order). I don't feel that there was any reason for her to show the disrespect that she did, or to sigh just because I asked for extra sauce with my food. I usually go here after work for food, and I have to say that this is by far the worst customer service that I've had here. I get the same order every time I come here, and am always friendly because I do understand it is later in the evening when I go to the drive thru. I was even going to ask how her night was at the window, and received attitude the second she opened up the window. A job is a job, but I don't deserve disrespect for ordering food."

"Unfortunately it is few and far between to get a correct order or fresh food here. They really are ruining Wendy's reputation. Photos are unfortunately from different visits. Having worked there many years ago, the meat as shown in the pics is and should be made chili meat and not served as a burger. And that is saying maybe too much, not even sure if the Wendy's I worked at would call this chili meat, should likely go directly into a waste bin."

"Got our food ordered on the mobile app after waiting like 20 minutes in line. Missing bbq sauce, toddler toy was the 3+, and my grilled chicken sandwich was cut into pieces. Why? Just falls off the bun. Drive thru lady said not a word of hello, thanks, nor have a nice day... disappointed in this Wendy's. Not living up to the chain's reputation."
