"Usually have decent luck here but not this last time. Waited in line forever which is fine, if my food is fresh and correct which it was not. Half of my order was missing and parts of it were incorrect. We ordered mac and cheese bites and got fish nibblers. After going back in to get the rest of my food, the manager was very professional and efficient. He fixed the issues and was killing it."
"My onions were burnt and I couldn’t eat my sliders. My fries were not hot but warm. Customer service was pretty good just need a little more smiling when with customers."
"I've loved this White Castle since I was a young kid!! (That's over 20 years ago now, at this point!) You will wait a while in line but you will get super hot and fresh food right off the grill! Worth it! The inside is typically clean, too! My fave order: jalepeno cheese burgers with extra pickle!"
"The 1921 sliders are pretty tasty and much better than the original sliders. Don't forget to ask for ketchup and/or mustard since they don't come with either"
"To begin with, I had to wait in the drive through for 30 MINUTES for my food… maybe longer! I grabbed some fries out of my bag and one was FROZEN on top! Then I checked my food and my order was wrong after the girl repeated it back to me TWICE at the window! I left anyway because I wasn’t DARE going back through that drive through again... I got home and tried my 1921 slider and when I bit into the texture felt weird in my mouth… they gave me RAW MEAT!!!!! I’m EXTREMELY infuriated and I thank GOD that it wasn’t my 2 year old daughter’s food !!!! PLEASE close this place down. Clearly They don’t care about their customers! & I only gave one star so I could write an honest review about this DISGUSTING place so other ppl know not to eat their food. DO NOT EAT HERE!"
