"Really good Thai food. We had the Milky Tom Yum, Pad Thai w/Egg Wrap, Pad See Ew, and Pra Ram Rong Song. For dessert, I would definitely recommend the roti krob and the coconut ice cream. Everything was amazing and delicious. All the flavors were on point and I will definitely be back! I didn't have a wait for the food but I did make a reservation and ordered ahead of time, which I would recommend doing."

"Great presentation and food tasted mediocre. The durian curry tasted good but the chicken thigh inside was not that fresh (I felt like if it’s chopped into pieces instead of as a whole, the strong curry flavor will cove it up… and made the chicken more flavorful... ). Cup noodle dish was a little bit too salty but the beef rib tasted good. The problem was that it seemed they were extremely understaffed that day. It took half an hour until we could place our order, and took an hour and a half for our first dish to come. The waitress was really nice though or I would be furious waited that long."

"Eat Fine Design may not have the most attention-grabbing name, but it's hands down the best Thai restaurant I've come across in Chicago. This hidden gem, located on Damen Avenue (keep an eye out for the old Gin Sen sign - it hasn't been replaced as of October 2023), is an absolute treasure. The restaurant itself is cozy, with space for only about 5-6 groups at a time. The staff is friendly, although it's worth noting that service might slow down during busy periods. As for the food, it's a revelation. Each dish bursts with unique flavors and is presented beautifully. Starting with the appetizers, the crispy chives cake is an immediate standout - a crispy exterior gives way to a gooey, chive-filled delight. The crispy calamari is seasoned to perfection with a hint of fish flavor, and the Eson sausage offers a rich and unique porky taste. The mains are equally impressive. The duck red curry features crispy duck pieces and a surprising medley of fruits, including lychees, pineapple, and grapes - an unexpectedly great combination. The durian Massaman curry stands out, with creamy durian pieces infused into the rich and flavorful curry. The Gway Teow is a comforting dish, perfect for any noodle lover. We opted for mostly mild spice, which translates to a medium level of spiciness compared to other places. What's especially notable here is that all curry dishes come with a side of purple rice, a healthy alternative to the standard jasmine rice. With an extensive menu of unique Thai dishes and our first visit leaving us in awe of the food quality, we can't wait to return and try more dishes."

"New favorite lunch spot. They have 4 different lunch sets to choose from and each are $10.99. Great price! I’ve gotten both the red curry and another time the drunken noodles and both were so incredibly tasty because the ingredients are fresh (not frozen veg and to order) and made with so much passion. To top nice customer service - I think they are family run. Thanks for being a great new staple to the neighborhood."

"As a Thai person myself, I would highly recommend this restaurant. Unique menu with delicious Thai food, this has become my go-to favorite Thai restaurant even for someone who often cooks Thai food at home. It is family run with an energetic and polite waitress who is the daughter and the chef is her mother. Love the homely and peaceful dining room feel. The food has good flavors with interesting twists and plating to Thai recipes. Definitely made by someone who loves to cook and develop recipes. Not your average Thai restaurant in the States!"
