"We have been members for nearly 10 years. While I was out of town, my 14 year old was turned away because our membership expired. Even after me calling to explain our circumstance and that I would renew the next day when back home. Jaclyn Carter (front desk) also lied and said there wasn’t a manager on-site for me to speak with. I repeat - 10 YEARS!!"
"They have recycling for #5 plastics behind the building on the third tuesday of the month. AMAZING program. I am so glad to have somewhere to take these hard to recycle plastics when reducing and reusing doesn't cover everything."
