"I started going to the Shades Valley Y following my marriage in 2006. The Shades Valley Y is a great place for families. My children have grown up there from the daycare through their conditioning training for their high school sports. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and have become our extended family. So if you’re looking for a healthy outlet for yourself or your family you should definitely check it out."
"Well maintained, friendly staff, large "have it all" gym areas, great changing room, steam & sauna rooms. Great outdoor pool and indoor pool. Indoor had comfortable temperature setting for year arround swimming! Outdoor is a perfect splash for kids and young teens to slash and do laps. Gym machines, classes and swimming laps - all great way to work out! The best to me is to have a sauna&/or steam time after all! It is amazing steps to finish sport activities and taking care of worked hard muscles..and mood too. Advize to visit..."
"The Y is great! I like the more open atmosphere. The people here are very friendly. Not too much equipment but exactly what I need. Staff are very welcoming. My daughter loves the outdoor pool and splash pad. I like swimming laps inside."
