"Work started in June and is still not completed!! 9/13/22 Update- our pool is still not finished after being started in June. We are looking at 3 months now! Brads promised to clean our pool and get the chemicals set up for swimming but that never happened. Our pool was so disgusting and had sand all over the bottom from Brads having to put sand bags in our pool. We ended up cleaning up there mess so we could use our pool. Other Unfinished items: Tamping out sharp bumps in pool. We had to drain our pool after filling it the first time because the step install was done incorrectly. Coping- they cut our coping while doing the concrete and have not fixed it. We also have a gap between our coping and stairs that has not been fixed. Fix wrinkles- We have a so many wrinkles in our newly installed liner Rail caps- the caps that were installed do not fit Hand rail that was just installed- moves side to side Debris- the debris (rocks/gravel) from the work Brads did was dumped in our side yard. Newly installed concrete is holding water- We have a pretty big dip in the concrete that holds water."
"My first time experience was horrible come out to clean my pool says that they cleaned my pool floor well you can see they did not did not even fill my pool back up or clean my skimmer bucket said oh I had trees around that’s why there’s leaves and did not put my skimmer cap back on and left trash in my yard"
"I have used Brad's for several years mainly for pool supplies. Recently went to purchase some shock and the price was almost triple ($10.99 a bag) what we used to pay. I know everything has went up in price, but the SAME product online is $6 a bag (24 bags). Don't understand why the mark up at your store. No problem with the store or staff...just a little puzzled."
"I bought an above ground pool from Brad's then had it installed by Carlos. Very pleased with the customer service and amazed how fast the pool was installed. The store has alot of accessories you will want and chemicals you will need. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase a pool."
