"Store was cluttered and there are never enough employees. There was a mess up with my card because of the cashier and the manager came to fix it, the cashier checked a couple of people out and then went outside to sit in her truck and smoke while the manager dealt with her mess up and had other customers waiting while my issue was being fixed."
"Bare shelves everywhere. Location is perfect. Conveniently located for good access and staff are friendly. But convenience is gone if you still have to go to town because they are out ove everything. Need better inventory management. Many of the other stores don't seem to fall this short on things."
"Love this place. I enjoy shopping here because the staff are awesome. The store manager just kills me every time I go in there. Between him and the rest of the employees, it makes my whole trip worthwhile. They do get busy a lot and sometimes don’t have have enough registers opened, but they always manage to get things covered and still take the time out to help someone with what they are looking for. It seems like it’s rather crowded for the size of their store but then again these days almost every store seems as if there isn’t enough room to move around the store comfortably."
"If you go at the wrong time you will be stuck in that place for an hour I'm not sure why they do not have two employees working registers. The customers really have to put up with about an hour wait sometimes just to get a couple things. Their customer service is good as far as being nice to you but if you are in a hurry I do not recommend to stop and get that Dollar General."
