"I been having a issue with these people going on 2 years I paid cash for my bedroom set first of all they brought me the wrong set and never corrected it then they stated there were going to fix it never did I have called and called it’s always someone new in the office and now it’s 2023 I still have not got a replacement. Very unprofessional"

"Just moved from NC to AL and had a few pieces get broken. Had to call the customer service line and work that process which was good but a little slow only because I wanted thing taken care. Got back my Head board shipped to the house, but couldn't complete it as the Manufactor made the mistake. Wife and I decided to make the drive to the Distribution Center as I was at that time a little upset to say the least. After Speaking with the warehouse Manager (Ms. Lulu Marks) she asked if her folks could take a look at it and maybe repair it, knowing if it didn't work they would reorder/ship the piece back to me. Everyone from the front of the house (Mrs. Sonjya) to the back of the house was very helpful, and extremely professional! about 30 mins later (Mr. Loko) with the assistance of his supervisor (Mr. Michael) they were able to fix the repair from the Manufactor messed up and put it all together. They had to drill the set holes that was off set, and then they used a 2 part epoxy that was a quick drying. I am very pleased how the entire team was able to help my wife and I with this situation. They even went a touch further and was able to assist us in gather the other parts of my wife's vanity legs that was broken as well. We ordered them but they found, pulled the item and pulled out the legs for us! Nothing but a HUGE THANK YOU to the entire team! "I received a chest over 3 weeks ago. I reported the damage I found the very next day (it was not delivery damage). they approved a replacement, but expect me to keep this large piece of heavy, damaged furniture that is unusable for nearly 4 months! i have been demanding that they come pick up the damaged item or allow me to store it outdoors because I do not have room to keep it in my house, but they refuse! It if is not resolved in the next 48 hours, I will simply ask for a refund, instead of an exchange. This company is not worth the hassle. I have been trying to get a refund, but they keep bouncing me between 2 phone numbers/ departments. Each one says they can't help me and that I have to call the other one. Extreme frustration!!!!!!!"

"They were rude, impatient and unprofessional. First, they failed to inform me when my couch arrived after telling me they would call when it came. So, after I contacted them about this, they had a random delivery date (that was not approved by me) and the wrong address. I talked to someone that claimed to have corrected the delivery date and address in the system. The next date they called to confirm with the WRONG DATE AGAIN. I tried to call back and kept getting the answering machine. I received a call back from the rudest lady. She said there was a miscommunication, kept cutting me off, then became "short" with me after I explained to her what happen. Don't waste your money or time with money with this company."
