"I called and was placed on "hold" while they were supposed to be checking my order and it transferred me to a random extension that was busy and it hung up on me. I called 3 more times and was told they were placing me on hold to check. Each time I was hung up on. Awful customer service. My delivery for over 8k is late and I have been trying to get in touch with them for over a week. I will be cancelling my order and going elsewhere."
