"I was here in November and had picked out a couple of pieces of furniture that I liked and decided to come back and purchase them when they sent out a flyer about a “sale” only to discover that everything was $200+ than it was just 2 months ago. Pretty disappointing after driving an hour. I won’t be back."

"Not much selection for the size of the store. We were looking to replace a chair-and-a-half recliner. Out of the hundreds of recliners, they only had one. Once we found it, the price was over $200 higher (+40%) for the exact same piece in Evansville. That's quite a difference for a chair. It was such a disappointment considering the time spent wandering and searching."

"I recently purchased a couch from Timberlake and the process was so smooth from start to finish! Can’t recommend their team enough! I went in with an idea and Taylor helped me find exactly what I wanted. Once it was in, the crew called to set up a delivery time. Jerry and Jackson were friendly and arrived right on time to deliver the couch. There were some challenges getting it inside but they got the job done. "I checked out this place based on a recommendation from a friend. It’s way out in the middle of nowhere, but a very scenic drive. The store itself was not impressive, it’s comprised of several white poll barns attached by small hallways. The exterior is less than welcoming & the parking lot is very small. Upon entering you see a desk area where several employees don’t even look up to greet you as you enter. One woman from her seat explained how the layout worked & not to miss the couch area off to the side after we asked. We thanked her and started our journey. The store is BIG, the walls & ceiling are white foam board & the ceiling is riddled with light bulbs. The store was organized well, but very spread out. I couldn’t help but feel the furniture could have been condensed into just a couple rooms & saved from so much walking. The selection was like that of any large furniture store, but spread out into 5x the space. The selection was great, definitely something for everyone’s taste. While on our journey from room to room we did find a sectional we liked enough to inquire about. It was light cream & was visually dirty from being a display model. When we journeyed back to the front & inquired about the sectional we were told that it was to be sold off the floor (meaning we would be buying the dirty one) and that pricing was ABSOLUTELY NOT negotiable. As a matter of fact we would be charged 3.5% MORE for using a card to pay. The price did not fit the quality of the used (it was dirty & a floor model, it was in no way new) furniture in my opinion so we left. While in the car I decided to look up the sofa online & I’m happy I did. I was able to buy a BRAND NEW one for over $1,000 less online including shipping & a warranty. I bought it with a card without being charged extra as well. Overall, if I’m not going to receive any service at all from the employees, I can’t see a reason to pay the up charge. Also, if your selling from the floor, it’s used furniture."

"It's a pretty big store, they don't exaggerate! Plenty of selection. Prices seemed about the same as other stores in the surrounding area. The staff was attentive. They have several outlying warehouses here with used, vintage and antique items as well. You can find some good deals there. Their hours are a little early so don't be late!"
