"I purchased a vehicle here a few weeks ago. Everything seemed fine with the car. Not even a week after I made the purchase the cars transmission starts to give out. I’ve had to spend a quarter of what the car cost me in repairs. If you want to purchase a car that will last you more than a week please don’t bring your business to this location. The fact that they wouldn’t answer my calls after I told them what was wrong should tell you a lot about the people working here. I have a feeling all the “good” reviews are fake . They also try to dismiss any negative comments instead of apologizing and trying to fix their wrongdoings. Do not come here with your money you will get scammed."

"If there was an option to put zero stars I would. This is the WORST dealership experience I have ever encountered. If you are looking to buy a reliable car, I urge you to look away, choose any other dealership. This dealership is a complete scam that will sell you a broken car in disguise. Talk about dishonesty, they sold us a complete lie. My brother and I are both hard working college students that both saved up our money for years to buy reliable cars. I bought mine off facebook marketplace a few years back, the best decision I could've made, unfortunately my brother didn't have the same luck. He put his trust in Hollywood Imports and they downright failed him, they sold him a car that started to have transmission issues within the first couple weeks of him buying it. He even took it to the dealership they recommended and they said everything was perfect, come to find out it was all part of their scam. The amount of money he will need to spend for a new transmission could have bought him a newer car. This whole process is an ongoing nightmare, I wouldn't wish this fraud of a dealership on my worst enemy."

"The car buying experience at Hollywood was absolutely wonderful! Melanie took great care of us. The experience from the initial phone call to delivery was flawless. Melanie was very welcoming, professional and very kind. We drove over 4 hours from the Mississippi Gulf Coast to purchase our Abarth 124 spider due to the quality of the vehicle, the professional demeanor and assistance of Melanie. We were later arriving than expected and Melanie had everything in order for us when we did arrive. We will be doing business again with Hollywood and Melanie soon!
