"I was in a no fault accident. My brand new car was repaired here. Their customer service manager Kayla was really great with updates and making sure my car was is the best condition as possible. The mechanical side of the repairs were perfectly fixed. There was a couple small issues with the body work. Kayla made sure they were taken care of the very next day. Everything was repaired in a timely manner. They knew I needed my car back as well."

"I saw my vehicle briefly after it was done and then I had to leave town but I plan on giving it a second look. It looked pretty good even the first time."

"If there was a zero star option I would have chosen that. My van sat on their lot for 21 days. I called for an update and they told me they didn't even realize it was there. Then it was a series of my vehicle bouncing back and forth from Chariot to Button ("the car dealership they share a parking lot with, that is owned by the same person but they have no affliation with"-is how it was explained to me) for a couple weeks. The next obstacle was the constant employee turnover and excuses. I can truly understand a part shortage during the Strike but had the parts been ordered 21 days prior maybe we wouldn't have had to rent a van twice and spend over $2000 on rentals instead of vacation. After 97 days, we got the call that the van was done. Upon picking it up, we discovered they never even looked at the problem that was #3 on the list of problems it had. Then more excuses and them wanting to keep my vehilcle longer. I refused and brought it home. The first thing I noticed was my filthy steering wheel. When I stopped at the gas station on the way home, to fill it up (because it wasn't charged), I noticed something in the back cargo area. They didn't even put my vehicle back together!! Driving home that night, I discovered the headlight they replaced didn't match my other headlight, a small detail but also something a true professional would pay attention to. From beginning to end, nothing but disorganization, unacceptable customer service and poor follow up."

"The worst. Hit ia deer in November 22. Took over six months for my repair to be done and I say “done” very loosely. They gave insurance a prelim estimate and then proceeded to fix the car without approval from insurance. Bill came out to be over more than the car was worth so the car should’ve been totaled. Work was already done so what could we say. Got the car back, seat was ripped, wrong headlight assembly was put in and I am still waiting on the correct headlight. Call them every week or every other week to get updates. I always get voicemail or am told someone will call me back. Called them twice this week, left messages and still no call back. It is now the middle of July 2023 and my vehicle is still not repaired. I have all kinds of new scratches and marks all over my vehicle that were not there prior to it being at this shop. My navigation screen is now cracked. When I picked my vehicle up the person who was working on my car left tools, paper towels with blood on them and other trash on the floor board of the vehicle. I had to collect all of it and take it back in to their reception desk. Definitely not a good experience. 0/10 rating from me. And I get to drive around now with two different headlights because no one from there will follow up and make it right. $14000+ repair"

"Abra had my car for a total of 112 days. From the breakdown we counted, they only spent 16 working days on my car. On multiple occasions we had to call them for updates, where we were left waiting - sometimes for days, without so much as a call back. It was to the point where we had to physically go in to speak with Tyson, who was less than helpful. The customer service was far from stellar. At one point I called 3 times within their last hour of business, with no answer or call back. I went into the office the next afternoon and explained that i had called and never received an answer with which the receptionist, Betsy, responded "we were closed when you called". We chose Abra because we were told they could get my car in the quickest. After the fiasco of getting them to get me a rental car they finally finished my car. 102 days just to have a leaky trunk and the dreadful job you see in the first 2 photos. My husband ended up taking the car back in, explaining the issues, and stressing that we needed my car back by the next Friday for vacation, all for them to only half fix the car. They had my car for 10 days the second time, only for us to once again be disappointed in their makeshift fix. The second 2 photos are after they "fixed" their mistake. The office is disorganized, the customer service is inadequate, and the communication is nonexistent. Looking back I wish I would have saved myself the stress and displeasure and chose to wait for Gerber. Because over all, it was a major inconvenience to deal with this business."
