"Really disappointed. We were looking forward to this one. The food was not good and super overpriced for what you got. Even the fish and chips were terrible, which for a pub should be a given. We waited 30 minutes just to get our drinks. Even longer for our appetizer. The pretzel and the seasoned fries were the only things that didn't completely disappoint. It's definitely an overpriced miss."
"Paid $19 for The Craft pizza which should be pepperoni, sausage, and bacon. This was awful and the worst pizza I have ever seen or tasted. You should be ashamed to let food like this leave your establishment."
"My mother and I both requested medium rare steaks. It was our first visit and there were very few in there. I was really expecting a great meal. HOWEVER...... I have never, EVER, in my life, had such a tough, chewy, horrible steak. NEVER. Worse than that, my mom's was just as bad! We couldn't cut them! My mom LITERALLY picked hers up and attempted to naw off a bite. It was horrible! When I mentioned it, the waitress said, "we have never had complaints before." REALLY? I knew she was lying then because unless they only served Wolverines, they had gotten complaints. There was no discount or correction on the bill. I didn't even take any home to my dog. We left disgusted and hungry. I don't mind paying more for a good steak, but I dispise paying high prices for a horrible one."
"The place has such potential to be great. The server/bartender did really well while being the only front of house there, and most of our meals were phenomenal. The staff did great with what they had. Since there was the one guy, there were dirty tables and food came out a little slow but still hot. Same with the kitchen, the frisco knocked it out the park, fries outstanding. The grouper seasoning was too salty and the pretzel pork should be removed or have it name changed."
"I've ordered here many times before and in the last year it's turned to trash. I'm not sure if it's just the day time crew or lack there of but today I ordered a taco salad and was highly disappointed. No seasoning no salt no flavor, the hamburger meat even had to be chopped by yours truly.. me.. See picture below. Some assembly required. The shell itself had slits in the bottom and I'm not sure how you prefer your togo lunch, but personally I'd rather not have to make it myself when I paid for it to be made for me. I won't be going back ever!!"
