"All of the food I ordered was old. I threw it all away. Cause after standing for 5 mins for condiments, i wad over it. They refused to take your order at the counter. You ask for dine in. They still bag everything up. The best thing was the fruit punch!"

"My personal opinion about them all together is that the chicken was extremely soggy and it wasn't even hot the french fries weren't even hot and the service was by far anything to write home about meaning that it was unsatisfactory but really that's with any fast food establishment that I go to plus they lie to you about the freshness of the ingredients or the meals that you do get as a whole I honestly feel that they are all failing us when it comes to the freshness and the quality... Pardon my French I won't use that language on here but as bad as I want to I would just buy the food yourself and cook it yourself at home that way you know what you're getting and you know that the ingredients are going to be fresh and not saved for the next day when they should just really be put into a different area instead of being rewarmed and and fried or reheated again for consumption by patrons"

"Got home just now we live 13 mins up and they close soon. Fries was not fresh and chicken was greasy and not fresh . Cooked in old grease . The only reason I went is because I had a $2 off coupon for my chicken box. This is unacceptable"

"Awful place, go to a different KFC location. Some of the biscuits only come with the button half. The large side of mashed potatoes come halfway full and it's more like potatoe soup. Finally, the chicken looks like malnourished and came from a warzone."
