"Came to pickup order paid for a drink the guy employee who wears finger nail polish forgot to give it to me and immediately started helping the next customer even tho I had asked about my drink. Very unprofessional and rude about the situation."

"Worst restaurant I have ever been to, we order a mango margarita that was absolutely disgusting, we ask can the drink be exchanged, they told us we still had to pay for the mango margaritas. I never in my life heard that literally took one sip. Waited 20 mins for them to come over even acknowledge us. Take my word go to the one by high-school rd."

"Probably, not even probably, it was the worst food I have ever had in my life. I’m not one to leave reviews, negative reviews at that, but my experience at El Rodeo was highly disappointing. I’ll cut to the chase, the food had absolutely no flavor and the steak I had in my burrito was predominantly just fat. The guacamole had no flavor, the only way I can describe the taste would be as chunky, pasty water. If water was chunky and pasty, then that would be the equivalent to El Rodeo’s guacamole. The salsa had heat, yet no flavor at all as well. The only good thing I had at this restaurant would be the 16oz strawberry daiquiri I ordered, which would be the only reason I would ever return to that restaurant, but I would rather not waste my time. In all, if bland food is your thing, then El Rodeo is the place for you, if not, keep looking for a better dinner spot."

"Not happy - but let me explain why…We have been frequenting this restaurant for years. We usually just get take out salsa and chips and we do this a couple times a month. We have always loved this place UNTIL TODAY. I came at lunchtime to grab chips and salsa for when my hubby got home from work a few hours later….He got home and opened the plastic bag of chips to get to the white paper sack that the tortilla chips were in and there was a crushed bug on the bag. Completely disgusted, I called and spoke with the manager who basically blew me off when I told him there was a bug in our food. He happened to be the same gentleman that took my payment. Said he would call pest company. He asked for my name and said he would replace my order. I said no thank you we won’t be back, this is gross. He said give it 2-3 weeks (if that would make me more comfortable) and come back for my order replacement. I was told that I could not get a refund only a replacement of my order - which OBVIOUSLY I do not want. EVER."
