"I ordered 3 boxes of mini donuts 5 days before pickup. I get there to pick up my order and they said they didn't receive it. Then they changed it to they don't have the mini donuts. 5 people in there working and they couldn't get a small order together with 5 days in advance. Instead of offering other options they just offer a refund."
"My visits to Krispy Kreme have left me frustrated. Despite giving the location multiple chances, I consistently encounter issues. The donuts lack freshness in the morning, and my first coffee order was served at room temperature despite my request for a fresh cup. Unfortunately, subsequent visits have been marred by either a malfunctioning coffee machine or a lack of available donuts. These experiences have been disappointing, and it seems the location needs to improve its consistency and customer service."
"First off, I asked for a hot specialty latte. They told me some kind of machine was down so they could only do frozen drinks and coffee. I asked for the vanilla mocha and ordered a specialty donut. They didn’t have the donut either. I ordered something else. It took a long time to get my food, the customer service was poor and my coffee was cold. It wasn’t even warm. This was my first time ever going to Krispy Kreme and it will be my last. I’ll stick with my Starbucks"
