"They need to listen clearly on the request of customers orders and slow down! There was lint in my case of burgers , I also ordered 6 impossible Burgers they wasn't steamed as requested it was onions on some but barley! If I didn't have to get on the highway before the storm; I would have turned around and made a complaint. I paid 50 something dlrs for my order to be unsatisfied."
"FINALLY! They're gettin with the times and remodeling so they can look like they're in the 21st century. This is one of the oldest WC in the city long overdue for an upgrade! They need to do the same thing for Dennys down the street."
"So the staff and the food were great. It was my first time eating at White Castle and I wasn't disappointed. I didn't have to wait long either. Now, the actual restaurant itself was pretty terrible. Stains on the ceiling, ancient restrooms, and the soda machine wasn't mixing the syrup and water properly. My diet coke was 75% water. It's disappointing White Castle has let it get so bad. It doesn't look like they remodeled it 10 years ago and it's just not been maintained. It looks like it's hasn't been updated in over 20 years."
"The place was clean and the food was so good!! Anytime we are near a White Castle we have to stop and get some sliders. We always get extra to take home for later as well."
