Sullivan's Steakhouse

"We went on Valentines Day and it was great! They took a complimentary picture and gave it to is and had rose petals on the table. I really liked the portion size because they were generous unlike most fancy restaurants. Dessert was amazing! We enjoyed what we ordered: peanut butter pie and banana pudding…and they gave us complementary chocolate covered strawberries."

"Absolutely beautiful restaurant, phenomenal food, and insanely great service. The overall atmosphere was just beyond great! I had my birthday dinner at Sullivan's tonight, and they made it so special for me. Our waitress, Abi, was surpassing the definition of spectacular service. She had such a vibrant personality and smile, it was contagious! By far my best birthday dinner yet!"

"I first want to say that I attended the restaurant twice in a week, once for lunch and dinner. Both visits I was in the private room. Celebrating a birthday at one and Celebrating friendship at the other. I would not have returned for the 2nd visit but it was for my cousins birthday and I wasn't going to miss it. Both steaks I ordered on 2 different occasions were burnt. I like well done not a crunchy steak. To eat out is a luxury and when you pay over $50 and a gratuity you want a satisfied meal in return. Sullivan's Steakhouse has gone down,the bathroom was a mess,not clean and had a sewage smell. On my second visit I received 2 bills with 2 gratuities only bc I moved from one table to the next. I am apart of the point system. I took my concerns to the manager after my second experience and she only advocated for her staff and never really showed and remorse to me for my horrible experience. I wasn't offered a do over,discount or anything. Going forward I will never return to Sullivan's Steakhouse and I will never refer the restaurant. Sullivan's use to be one of my favorite places but after 2 back to back horrible experiences I'm done,completely done. Jen was the manager I spoke with. She showed little to no concern about my experience. It took her 15 minutes to come to phone to speak to me,some manager. Alex was chef on duty,horrible steak,to think a chef allowed a burnt steak to leave his kitchen confirms that the standards of the restaurant has gone down terribly."

"Food was good so no complaints. However, with this level of restaurant Sullivan's will need to improve on the menu. For example, the shrimp cocktail was bland with no kick to it at all and the steak was well prepared but lacked flavor."

"Came here to have a delicious steak dinner and I was not disappointed. We took part in their pre-fixed menu which is a great price for the contents of the dinner: salad, steak and mash, dessert ($50/person). We added on an appetizer ($17) and drinks ($30 for two). While I do feel the prices are a bit high for two egg rolls cut in half, I respect it because the food is very good and the experience is worth the prices. The steak was cooked really well. The crust was awesome, it was very seasoned, and tasted so awesome. The mash was seasoned well and I liked the chunky, skin-on potatoes in it. The salad was way overdressed for my liking so I would have requested the dressing on the side next time. The croutons were a nice touch, just needed more of them. The desserts were very nice. We were slightly confused on why a tart raspberry sauce was added to a super tart key lime pie, but my husband loved it because he is a sour lover. I found it way, way too tart. The banana bread pudding was luxurious and the ice cream is absolutely delicious and creamy. The drinks were delicious -- you really need to try the blueberry lemon martini. That one is outstanding! Service was very good and the restaurant was nicely decorated and felt very relaxed and cozy. It was a great night out and I'm glad we chose this place."
