"Worst subway to order from. This is my last time going to this specific subway for they are so unprofessional and don’t greet you in any way. One stay on his phone through his AirPods talking to someone and it was on two different occasions while making my food they were talking to each other over my food. This time I used my card and the machine showed approved take your card. He then said use your card again so I did and it declined and he said my card was no good. I showed him on my online bank account that the payment in fact went through but they didn’t give me my food. I went to get my father and he then proceeded to say the money will go back on my card but if it didn’t go through how are y’all placing money BACK on my card? They are scammers and unprofessional"

"Be careful ordering from here. We just ordered 3 sandwiches from this store- a 6 inch and 2 foot longs. The receipt taped to the bag clearly states what we ordered but we just received a bag with 3 6 inch subs and nothing else. I called the store and they didn't answer and Grub Hub isn't sending another out. We only ordered food because most of our family is sick so this is a huge inconvenience that could have easily been prevented if the employees had just looked at what was ordered."

"This is by far the worst Subway ever! On two separate occasions I ordered a foot long steak and cheese. The problem is that this store doesn't give but a minuscule amount of meat! I just purchased another sandwich hoping that my first negative experience was simply a fluke, but the fact is that these guys are a group of non-english speaking rip offs. After removing all the lettuce I again discovered no meat! Stay away from this subway store. Don't say I didn't warn you. There is another Subway that treats you right at the opposite end of east 56th street."

"If you are reading this please skip this place. Ordered 2 subs. Both of the subs had almost nothing on them. The one pictured was ordered as extra lettuce (almost none), extra tomato, and American cheese (ZERO cheese). Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Waste of my time and money."

"Sat in the drive thru with no answer for 3 minutes… decided to go inside to order, not a big deal. Two employees were working in front and two were in the back not doing anything at all just goofing off. There was one couple in front of me but took over 15 minutes for it to be my turn. Was during the lunch and they only had white bread, and also out of steak. So I ordered chicken teriyaki instead; the sandwich bread is totally stale and the veggies seem a bit wilted. Do not think I will be back."
