"Ordered food and did not get the full order. Called up there and was lied too as too what I ordered. Asked for a refund and was told I they no longer provide refunds. In the past customer service was superior compared to other locations."
"I ate here around 4-5pm on 1/31/24 and I feel I got food poisoning from my bowl I got. When I was getting my food I noticed they overloaded the grill with meat to the point I don’t believe it’s actually thoroughly cooked properly. Today is 2/2/24 and I haven’t ate anything since that bowl I ate from Qdoba. Please make sure meat is cooked properly otherwise other people will get sick. If anyone that got sick after eating from this location on 1/31/24 you are not the only person."
"They messed up my bowl by putting the incorrect item and didn’t offer to make a new one. When I went to use the chips and queso coupon on the app the worker didn’t give me the correct size so I ended up having to pay extra for the size they normally give with the coupon. On top of that they barely gave any chips in the bag."
"We waited 30 mins for our food to be actually cold, wet the meat fell right threw the shell. Messed up a cheese quesadilla kids meal, had no kids drinks or the drinks we ordered, forgot multiple toppings. They always seem like theyre high, rather than working. $30 on actual trash, jokes on me though, if you don’t want to work just quit."
