Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Well let's see, lady making my food didn't put enough lettuce on it. Then when I asked, she seemed to be bothered by it. Then what I believe to be a shift manager or a manager of some sort, seemed to be her day off was really loud next to the register, couldn't hear the young lady talking. She was talking about punching a dude in the face last night. Seems like a really trashy establishment and looks like they need new managers. If this establishment wants to know around what time it was between 2:30 and 3:30. Not to mention I'm a weekly regular, I come every Sunday because it's next to kroger and convenient. This place is either short staffed, out of a certain items, and poorly managed. Somethings gotta give. Based off all the other reviews I just read this is normal for this location, do yourself a favor and go to the one on 31 and county line near at&t it's always been good to me. Worth the drive"

"This is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I had a pickup order that was supposed to be ready at 11:10am. I get to the drive thru window at 11:08am and the guy tells me they opened late and it would be about 10 mins for the order. I literally sat there watching them make 1 order at a time for 30 mins completely ignoring the drive thru. At 11:47am a woman came to the window to ask my name and said it would be while they are still cooking. Then she threatened to pull me out of my car and fight me after I complained that someone in the drive thru that was behind me went inside the store and they served him before anyone in the drive thru. I don’t understand why you would take orders if you aren’t even done cooking yet? Please avoid this place. The reviews are all complaints about this location. Corporate needs to step in and fire the manager at this place if they can’t open on time and make people wait 40 minutes for an online order."

"save your money. if waiting 30 minutes for cold half filled burrito bowls with half of your fillings missing is your cup of tea, you have found something that exceeds expectations. with this order you will receive a side of a manager yelling at his worker for being slow while sitting and doing absolutely nothing. my heart goes to the single worker doing both pickup and drive through however with that being said he did skimp out on the burrito bowls. considering i picked the second quickest option, that extra 10 minutes was squandered doing i don’t know what. never will go here again, waste of a giftcard"

"Thanks for the bland mushy rice on my bowls. I have had nothing but bad quality food from this location. From the rice being flavorless and way over cooked to the point its mashed rice to half size rock hard pieces of avocado in my guacamole. This location is the closest one to me, but after this, I'll gladly make the longer drive to a different location."

"New Chipotle location right outside Kroger on Emerson Avenue. A perfect spot for Chipotle to open a store as the nearest one in this area is on US 31. We went in for dinner and they have plenty of parking around with a drive through faculty which is a big plus. I was excited to try a new location but to my disappointment place needs more organization as I saw paper tissues on the floor, some tables still had little leftover from other customers. Some servers were smiling some were dead serious no greeting no smiling. I thought it's a new store people should be excited working here but I guess they need more training. I took rice bowl the ingredients were great and it tasted good. Will try in future and will update the review if I will find the changes I mentioned above."
