"Over charged a not even a mediocre full set with just gel polish. No design , not even toe nail polish $60. Said they charge for shape length and gel polish AFTER THEY WHERE DONE. Didn’t mention any of that during service. At the end of the service the nails were shaped wonky and had polish all around my cuticle. I willl never go back and anyone who thinks “I’ll try them” DONT"

"As a woman who just wanted to treat herself and her daughter to a nice day out, I was shocked and disappointed by the treatment we received at a local nail shop. What should have been a relaxing and enjoyable experience turned into a nightmare of insults, confusion, and rudeness. First off, the nail technicians pressured me into getting a gel pedicure when all I asked for was a regular pedicure. Not only that, but when I tried to understand what they were saying, they were dismissive and unhelpful, making the situation even more uncomfortable. Things got even worse when I overheard one of the staff making disparaging remarks about "ghetto" people. To say I was hurt and upset is an understatement. It made me feel like I wasn't welcomed or valued as a customer. To make matters worse, the staff charged me and my daughter for services without even acknowledging us or apologizing for the horrendous treatment we had received. This experience was not only disappointing, it was unacceptable. As someone who believes in standing up for herself and others, I cannot let this injustice slide. I urge others to think twice before supporting this business and to take action against discrimination and mistreatment wherever it may occur. We all deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, no matter our race, gender, or background. Let's make sure our voices are heard and that businesses like this are held accountable for their unacceptable behavior."
