"I was shopping and happen to see this store. . Was not aware the store was in Fort Wayne one of my fav stores. Sometimes we do not dress the part when shopping. Never underestimate the customer that comes into your store. No one acknowledged my presences was looking for a dress for an occasion.I asked for help and she just answered no we do not have it and moved to another customer. Didn’t bother to check and see if it is available online or nothing. An extra mile to help a customer says a lot."
"Customer service is phenomenal!!! I was rushing very last minute to find a formal dress for an event tonight. Stacey helped me find the perfect dress and put me at such ease!"
"The ladies were very helpful in the store. But the only reason why I am writing a review is because this store needs to be noticed for there efforts in resolving an issue. Long story short, it took over a month to receive a pair of white jeans ordered from this store, and there was a lot of miscommunication which caused frustration. But Stephanie the store (I believe) assistant manager not only made sure to fix the situation twice, but she went out of her way to write a hand written note apologizing for their mistakes. She openly admitted they made a mistake, as everyone does along with confusion and errors made on their behalf, but admitted to it and fixed their mistakes. This store sincerely took ownership, correction, and sent a wonderful letter apologizing...stores don't do that anymore. So Thank you Stephanie for helping, being apologetic, thoughtful, sincere, and overall a great employee of that company!"
