"The location was very nice and appeared well maintained for a venue of this age. As a disabled veteran, the restroom situation was not the best, either up a spiral staircase(which was off-limits) or outside in a separate building. The grounds were also well maintained. Can't comment on the cost to rent the venue because it wasn't our party but I suspect it wasn't cheap. I have some experience with places like this as my mother and her husband lived in a larger place like this in central Louisiana. Maintenance was a huge challenge, so praise is due the owners for their hard work."
