"Great place to find great old world German recipes. The service here was excellent. The servers did a fantastic job with menu recommendations. The food was delicious and came out quickly. The restaurant is located in a historical old hardware store. It is very clean and well kept. It was really easy to find using Google Maps. There is plenty of free street parking."
"The is apparently a traditional German style restaurant, I’m not German, so I wouldn’t truly know. But it seems legit, the Food seemed authentic. If you like German food, I’m sure you’ll love it. Service at the bar was ok. The beer selection is FANTASTIC, one of the top 10 lists I’ve seen… in the country. Pictures included!"

"This is probably the best German food I have had outside of Germany. Joseph our waiter ( go Pepperdine ) had great suggestions on food as well as beer service. He even suggested off menu appetizers like the giant pretzel. I was very impressed with him , the food, and the atmosphere. We are from Louisville. Came out to Evansville for a Theo von show. I think we will need to come back and explore this area more."
