"Culver's has been our go to for many years, but lately we are wondering "where's the beef?" I ordered a single bacon cheeseburger deluxe and the burger itself was smashed thinner than cardboard. My husband likes the cod sandwiches, but has been getting tiny pieces of cod lately! We are so disappointed that one of our favorite restaurants is slipping on quality lately."
"My order was incorrect. No cheese that I asked for and paid for on my burger. The TINY burger. They gave me Coke instead of Diet Coke. Overly salty fries. Nothing deluxe about the burger. It was pathetic. McDonald’s is honestly better and cheaper. I recommend nothing."
"We don't get fast food very often and today was supposed to be a treat due to having to fast for a surgery I had this morning. It was $27.05 for two meals. Of the two meals only one burger was edible because the other burger was mostly raw. For almost $30 we each had half a burger, fries and a drink."
"Culver’s was good, the location is a little difficult to get into at the moment with all the construction going on around it and the parking lot design is…. Strange. But the food was good and even with them being busy I feel service is good. I would eat here again."
"-1 got pulled to the side to wait for our ice cream orders. They brought 2 of our orders after more than 5 minutes of waiting and they were okay. We were missing 3 more and they went back to get it. When we got it, it was super melted. It looked more like a drink than ice cream. We couldn't eat it because it was watery. We went back to see if they could remake it, which they did, but this time they gave us half of the portion. Terrible experience never have experience of all the times we come here."
