"I pulled into Lowell’s freezing and fingers aching from changing a flat tire in Boonville. My doughnuts valve stem would only spin when I tried to remove the cap. I do not live in Boonville and was out of reach from any help from friends or family. They kindly stopped what they were doing and help me remove the cap without damaging the valve stem, aired up my tire and when I asked if I could pay he refused me. He was so kind and kept me from absolutely breaking down after a miserable cold 4 hours. If you need car service, go to Lowell’s. They are kind and helpful. 5 star for sure."
