"I just spent almost a half hour in the store and on their 40% rack I found 5 things but guess what , they only had one of them in system as true price and the rest at full price and wanted to argue about it when I showed one lady how they have several of the items right under the 40% sign but not going to honor it!! I’ve spent thousands over years and that’s what I get. Treated like I’m robbing them when I spent time not only picking those items up but regular priced items as well. Customer service should NOT be arguing when the dang sign says 40% so I just left. Such a shame when supporting our neighbors should be a priority. If she was nice about it, I probably would have still purchased the items as they were for my grandchildren but she was hateful!! Embarrassing! I’ll be shopping Evansville hallmarks for now on!! I"
