"We waited for 35 minutes to get our food. Some of it was cold when we finally received it. "Why didn't you just ask for your money back and just go somewhere else?" After the nice woman took our money, the only sign of intelligence left the inside counter area and started working the drive through. There were no others who we felt could complete a transaction on the POS system. The staff was comical in a sad way with arguments flaring up every few minutes each time someone else's order was being put together. We will definitely pass by this Burger King and head to the DQ the next time we pass through Evansville."

"I was asked to pull up to wait for fries to be done. 20 minutes go by and still nothing. Then I go back through and they admit to seeing my car but they meant for me to be in a different spot. I pulled up to the walkway next to the drive through. (Seems like a logical place to pull up to). Also not even an apology when I pulled up."

"I spent over an hour waiting in the drive through. I would have left but it was a online order. Absolutely never go here service sucks. Zero stars if Google would let me."

"I went through the drive thru at 1130 and there were 4 cars ahead of me. 16 minutes later I was finally leaving. I got a Whopper and those are always good. They have a Coca Cola Freestyle machine but if you order through the app you can only order 5 different types of drinks, I hate that"

"I was the only one in line inside at the front counter and it took forever before I was even acknowledged and even longer before my order was taken. Probably 20 minutes. Then another 9 minutes before I got my food. Good thing the food was hot and fresh, but that wait/service was ridiculous. There was no ketchup out and I wasn't about to go stand around again waiting for it."
