"Prices are going up faster than CPI. Otherwise, it's probably the best donut in town."

"My husband went through the drive through this morning to get me a coffee. Thankfully I took the lid off or I would have never known that they shorted me, it's barely 2/3 full and this is not the first time this has happened. With inflation and gas prices and food prices being so high I want all that I pay for. Donut Bank this is not okay! New update Dec 28, 2022 We decided to give Donut Bank another go but this time our coffee is cold. More like luke warm. This has happened repeatedly in my family. It seems to be the new thing to sell us cold coffee in the middle of winter. We paid $11 for cold coffee that we had to warm up in the microwave. Luckily we had the chance to warm it up in the microwave because otherwise we would have had to drink it Luke warm and everyone knows that hurts the stomach. Please do better Donut Bank. Update 12/31/2023 I guess that the employees do not realize that sound travels. I ordered 2 coffees. My total was $12.54. I gave them $15.54, $3 for a tip. I do not have to give a tip it is not required but I do it out of kindness and I hear the blonde girl say, "Oh, so we get 20 cents a piece." There's only three employees. Either she doesn't know how to do her math or she's just ungrateful. I will not give a tip any more. I don't have to do it and I'm not going to now. Since they don't seem to be thankful for it especially the blonde girl. Out of all the Donut banks I've gone to, this one on Washington Ave is consistently rude. The last time I went I paid them and was gonna give them a tip after I dug through my purse. I heard them say, " oh, she didn't tip." It was the same blonde girl who made the snarky comment today. And they filled my coffee about halfway full. I paid for a medium got a small and it was out of spite even though I gave them a tip. The employees at this particular donate bank are very entitled. Don't go to this donut Bank go to the one on Lincoln instead."

"Donut Bank is a local owned business. Their bagels are amazing and the coffee rocks. I see the owners in the store I go to in the mornings all the time. The workers are always very helpful. Great experience."
