"Some locations are better while others are run by young people who do not represent a wonderful coffeeshop well. Errors and unsuitable dress."
"Their drinks are good, but their donuts are always stale. I don't know how I can consistently get stale donuts at 8:00am, but Dunkin found a way to do it. If you have the word donuts in the name of your company, then you should probably be good at making donuts. This is how my large iced cappuccino was delivered to me. Only two-thirds of the way full."
"Business hours on Google were confirmed by the business a week ago. I ordered before 7 for delivery confirmed by business as running til 8:30pm. The delivery driver drove from Evansville to find out they stop delivery at 7 instead of 8:30 and my order was never prepared. I couldn't cancel my order because they had already "started preparing" it, though they actually weren't. Had to go through customer service to cancel the order and the poor guy that drove from Evansville to deliver it wasted his time and gas. Please update your hours on Google, confirm the correct hours, and update your delivery hours with the delivery services that service your customers and in turn, your business."
"Not a fan of donuts baked elsewhere, frozen and then thawed out. Donuts did not seem fresh. 1st time visit. Excellent coffee drinks though."
"Manager wasn’t really helpful. Usually every Sunday stop by and get a dozen or two of French curlers. Put the order over the phone and never has an issues before. However today they won’t allow to do this way. Did this thousand of times before without any issues and every single Sunday pu the order. If you guys not trust your permanent customers no more business with you. Donat Bank across the road got a good options as well. EvenThank you."
