"We ordered a part at 9:30 ish am. Was told it would be there by 12:15pm same day. Went to pick it up and was told the lady that delivers the parts realized she hadn't put it on the truck and said" oh well, they will get it tomorrow". We didn't have tomorrow to work on the car. We had to drive to Louisville from Corydon to get the part at a different store. About $25 in gas later, we finally got the part on the car and was able to get the car home. You would think a $350 part would warrant good service. I do have to say that it was not Henry's fault. He clocked in in the afternoon."

"Great employees. So helpful Had a possible battery issue. Removed old battery from vehicle and took it to the original store where it was purchased from for testing. Was told it just needed to be charged. I then took it here to advanced they tested it and found that it was defective and needed to be replaced. Purchased a new battery took it home installed it car started right up. I then drove back to advanced to ask them to do a system check on the charging system to be sure it was initially the battery and not an alternator or other. All checked out fine I'm extremely happy great place to do business with."

"A 4 star rating is appropriate coz the people are friendly and helpful. It was around 10:30 am and I needed a part that wasn't in stock, they told me they could have it by 12:30pm. I left n went to auto zone. part wasn't in stock. but they could get it by 7:30pm naturally I went back to advance Auto, had them order the part and I had it installed on my vehicle 3 hrs. later. A Great bunch of people. I rarely give any place a 5-star rating because of prices. I think everywhere overcharges, therefore I rarely give a 5-star rating"
