"A local establishment. Taco T's flavors are uniquely their own. Fish Taco Fridays are always flavorful and plentiful. A medium heat Sancho is a staple when we eat here. Always smiling service through the drive‐thru. The sit-down eating is just a normal, small diner atmosphere. But you're not going here for fine dining. You're eating here to satisfy a taste. If you're going through the drive‐thru and there is a line, someone will make their way from one car to the next to take your order and they'll get the food preparation started early to expedite the line. We've been eating here since we moved to Princeton and I'm certain we'll be eating as long as we live here."
"My $4.00 fish taco was server ice cold. I live 1.5 hours away and this use to be a great place to eat. Prices and food are not in check. Portions are tiny gor the price. I am a caterer and I know what the $4.00 taco costs. Maybe .75 cents"
"I love going to Taco Tierra!!! It is my favorite local place. Sanchos are big tacos. You should try a piggy back taco (a hard shell taco wrapped in soft shell with beans in between the layers or you can get a nacho back taco which are amazing. Wednesday is quesadilla day! Friday is fish taco day! If you haven’t been here before jumbo drinks are like everyone doing large and large is like medium."
