"Absolutely great customer service, they definitely have every sewing machine customer in mind. Before you buy a machine you should stop and shop here we didn't have a lot left to purchase a sewing machine in our budget after buying the prom dress and realizing our 15yr old singer was in need of repair he had a rebuilt machine very affordable and very nice machine."

"I have to say I frequent this place because it is the closest shdop to me. I go t they happen to have a very nice selection of older patriotic fabrics. They don’t seem to have newer runs of different fabrics all that much, as I have noticed a lot the same fabrics since I have been shopping there. That being said, they have SOME runs of newer lines of Northcott an QT. I rated the shop 3 stars because of what happened when I took my machine in for service. It needed a belt tightened and cleaning. I specifically said I could leave it for 2 weeks and was told it would be taken care of. After a MONTH, I chose to pick it up. I was told no charge because I was a friend. I found out a few days later, when I went to use my machine, that NOTHING was done! I will never take my machines back for servicing. I would suggest not using the shop for servicing your machine - as it will sit there for a ridiculous amount of time before anything (IF anything) gets fixed on it. The ladies at the shop are wonderful and are very helpful for you to find what you may need for sewing projects. The fabrics are a decent price as well!"
"My old mega quilter is my favorite machine. While traveling in our fifth wheel the tension knob fell off and broke. I found this place and called. The lady was so helpful and told me she would have “Gordon” call back when they next were open and, he did. And they sent me a new tension knob and quickly. I called and he walked me through attaching it. They were both so reassuring and knowledgeable. What amazing service!"
