"I have been in the drive through twice per month. Every time I have to wait for any other with more than 2 pieces! They are very casual about having very little food ready for orders. Poor readiness for a fast food place. Update: The staff is nice and do their job. However, I see that they are not staffed appropriately to give good service. I also can’t believe that an 8 piece tender and fries is $30!!!!!! KFC is greedy greedy greedy."
"Came in for lunch and was going to sit down and eat, but walked into extremely loud music to where I couldn't hear anything else. Then someone came in to get their order fixed but then saw the employee returned the food from this person's order to the warmer where all the other chicken was. I decided to leave shortly after and did not order."
"This is the absolute worst restaurant I have seen in my life. We dined in and when say every table was dirty believe me and the staff would not even clean a table off when we said something instead gave us some napkins. Next the the food was horrible the fries were dry and the chicken was almost black like the grease hadn’t been changed in weeks. So play at your own risk when eating here you have been warned"
"Had a spicy chicken sandwich only and it was a large portion, quite filling. The service was friendly and fast but it was after the lunch rush so no lines no waiting. I chose KFC because Chic Filet parking lot was packed and even though they're fast, I didn't want to deal with the congestion."
"Awful service. Pulled up to the drive thru window and all the lady said was “kfc”. We ordered an extra side and extra biscuit we did not receive. Also didn’t receive a side that we asked for with one of our combos. When we got home we had to reheat the food due to it being cold. Save yourself the hassle and get some chicken across the street at target if you’re going to have to pay for items you’ll know you will at least receiving them. ON TOP OF ALL THAT. My mashed potatoes (which I can guarantee are instant) were POWDERY in my food. Not mixed properly. Very poor experience."
