"Went through the drive thru about 7.15-7.30pm on 2/15/2024, the service was atrocious. Had one guy basically shoving a bag in our face after he came out of nowhere and the chick running the window gave us what I assume was the whole order, didn't say have a nice night or anything. We had to go through all the bags making sure everything was there and they weren't making more food. Ok so after that we get home and well surprise surprise the food sucked. Chicken strips were overcooked, the fries were cold. The ice cream wasn't too bad. This has been the worst DQ I've been to. Your " 5 star" reviews have got to be fake because this location sucks. Never again, you couldn't pay me enough to go back to this location."
"Took our grandchild to eat lunch today. The food was ok. But the floor had trash everywhere mud tracked in on the floor very dirty experience. Workers yelling at each other a F this an F that. I remember when I was a kid, Dairy Queen was a treat to go to. This trip was ridiculous and actually embarrassing. How a company can go so far downhill I do not know. But this family will not be returning to this location. The place needs shut down."
"Store is a whole vibe. They were playing music from the kitchen, the staff was friendly, and my food came out pretty fast honestly. People are always complaining about the store being dirty, but honestly that's just literally all fast food bc they are always busy. 10/10 will keep eating here like I have for the past 12 years."
"Great place to take the kids out just by yourself. It's always clean and the food is cooked when ordered. Times are hard and money is right but they have barely gone up on their price of value meals. Even their gravy hasn't changed! Thanks for a good dining experience DQ"
"Got 4 medium size blizzards which cost too much to begin with to go- almost home and started eating one of the pumpkin pie ones-got two of them- no pumpkin pie in them- vanilla ice cream with a hint of pumpkin flavor- Oreo blizzard was about 3/4 full. Called manager and he said -didn't they tell you we were out of the pie pieces- what??-why would I want the pie blizzard with no pie and I wanted to pay that price for a cup of vanilla ice cream??the other blizzard was Reese cup and after they ate about half- the bottom half was only vanilla ice cream! Seriously- treat customers like you would want to be treated!"
