"This was the worst experience I ever had at a fast food restaurant. From taking my order to receiving my food. HORRIBLE!!!!! I will never eat at this location every again everyone that worked that night needs to be fired, you don’t treat people like that. It was nothing but attitude from taking my order, to me paying, and receiving my food. And then to put the icing on the cake for them to call me and my family a liar after we’ve spent over $45.00 dollars. What do I need to lie about after I just spent my money to eat here? We were missing food, and the food was cold. I asked for my money back because I didn’t trust them to cook my food properly after one of the co workers lied about being the manger."
"Never in my life have I heard come up to my store to exchange your wrong items even though I have Covid currently the manager says I have to come up before they close instead of waiting until I’m clear Tuesday to be around the people. The manager says be here before we close. I would like to know what the GM would think of having a person positive with Covid come in the store to possibly get others sick or elderly over two Mac and cheeses. Not the smartest person on earth that’s for sure. Well lucky for her I’m not that type of person so $8 down the drain terrible service Popeyes."
"I was there monday September 23rd around 6:30. II had to wait awhile for my chicken to be cooked, but the young lady helping everyone was awesome and made it so no one was upset or angry. I really wish I could remember her name. She definitely deserves a shout out."
