"If I could leave zero stars, I would. We waited a half hour for them to make a blt with nothing else on it...and the woman in the back had flip-flops on. They didn't even apologize for the wait. Ridiculous, lesson learned, won't go there again."
"They made the wrong sandwhich. I brought back the original order and the receipt. They wouldnt take the original order so I threw it in the trash. Then they wanted to see what was wrong with the order so I took it back out of the trash and showed them. They continued to not make the sandwhich according to the order again and I corrected them. They asked if I wanted sauce. I said that wasnt on the order was it? They are helpless. 1-27-24 at 3PM"
"Ordered two sandwiches through the drive thru, one 6 inch and one Foot long. Arrived home with one foot long that was neither sandwich I ordered. I had to drive all the way back to get my order corrected. I had a 30 minute lunch break which turned I to a hour lunch break. I do not recommend using the drive thru unless you check you sandwich before you leave the parking lot. This is not the first time I have received the wrong sandwich when I have ordered through the drive thru."
"The girl working the cash register was extremely sweet, then a man that looked like a manager? with tattoos and no name tag came up and seem extremely high, didn’t make our sandwiches right at all wasn’t making much sense at all when he was talking and was being extremely disrespectful to the girl working the register. He was obviously making all the customers and the other employees uncomfortable"
