"Each time either the meat is one one side only and not enough sauce on it barely any. And nothing on the other side.....not impressed at all. I had gotten two steak quesadillas and ended up pretty much having both half with nothing on it it's only equals now too one quesadilla instead of two. So I wasted my money on this meal..."
"They were really slow for dine in and we were the only ones waiting. Another group came after us. The restroom had trash around on the floor. I was just thinking that Greenwood usually has better fast food than Indy, generally cleaner, etc."
"The tables and floors hadn't been cleared or cleaned. The 5 layer burrito had minimal amount on it. Someone came in to pick up and order and apparently it wasn't ready and he was not happy. I use to love Taco Bell but the amount of food has lessened while the prices have increased. This location isn't as good as it was a few weeks ago and the drive thru wasn't all that great then either. Extremely slow that day."
"The line was long but not horrible. When we got to the pick up window we sat there for about 10minutes waiting for our food. When you add in the line to order it was about 30 minutes. I got the the Mexican pizza ( no beans)combo with 2 hard taco supremes. My tacos were soggy and my Mexican pizza had hardly any meat and no tomatoes on top. It was like the food had been sitting forever."
"Order. Get to pay window and see a sign saying they "recycle" sauce packages. Does that mean someone can return their sauce packets from last summer that they found under their seat when cleaning out their car? Do they get sterilized or added to the box to hand out to people? Uh, bad thoughts going through my head. Sorry disappointed in the food! Ordered a crunchy chicken burrito and chicken hard taco Supreme. Had a $ .95 add on for substituting the beef with chicken. That made it almost $3.00 ! Then, I open it to find a big, whopping 3 pieces of chicken (each about an inch long). WHAT!? Really!? Then, I couldn't bring myself to use the sauces I ordered. Bad, bad thoughts. My final meal at Taco Hell."
