They were awesome in helping me get the situation rectified. Due to Brittany & Devin’s ability to understand and provide optimal service; I walked away very satisfied w the service and problem solving these two displayed. Give em a raise Rally’s!"
"Not sure what the young man's name was at the window it is 11:29 a.m. on January 14th 2024. But the gentleman at the window was extremely polite and the food I was served was to my car almost instantly was hot like it just came off the grill same with the fries. Great service today thank you."
"Asked for the BBQ bacon mother cruncher and got a chicken sandwich with only BBQ on it what the actual hell. Waste of money and time going here. Plus out of mozzarella sticks."
"The rest of our food was good, but the hot dogs that were supposed to be for children were totally inedible. These are jerky. I don't know if they're trying to save money by sending these out, or just not caring about quality, but this is scary. I hope whoever is in charge will do something about this before someone gets sick."
