"A majority of the employees that work at this location are very rude and don't know how to use manners. Even when customers initiate the manners! There is one lovely lady who usually works in the drive-through, sweet as can be! An older lady maybe my mother's generation. I'll have to get her name the next time I go. Anyways ... I promise, I just love this lady! She kindly put it, but she too knows most of the other employees are rude. She is quite funny about it. She makes my day when I see her!"
