"DO NOT WORK HERE! Got hired there a week ago and fired the following week . Long orientation process takes days to get through. On the last day one of managers Dakota fired me along with Sarah , for checking my phone , they do the same while on duty being the managers, to remind you im watching Taco Bell videos in a room for hours. Floors are disgusting, oil all over them ( fire hazard) . Very unprofessional setting from what I was exposed too. As a black women this felt very targeted and hypocritical."
"We ate in the dining room here. The food was good, but I am honestly turned off when I have to clean my own table before we eat. There were two boys there who kept stepping behind the counter, messing with the register, possibly employees, who were not on duty at the time. That didn't seem right. Fast food establishments need to make a real effort go above and beyond or they will have trouble making it. That is sad."
"09-22-2023, around 10:00pm. Guy working the drive thru mic was super nice and took the right order quickly. Rod Wave at the window was dismissive, didn't ask if we needed sauce, gave my roommate the wrong drink, basically just shoved the bag out of the window and went back to her phone with no care. Quesadilla was cold like it wasn't ever even heated, cheese wasn't melted at all, looked just like shredded cheese straight out of the fridge. Was also SMOTHERED in jalapeño sauce. Mistakes happen and I really don't expect much from Tbell, but damn. They really just took my money and handed me trash. Now I'm eating McDonald's tonight. I hope corporate gets wind of this and certain staff changes. Won't be getting any more of my money."
"Ordered delivery through the official app, which showed me it was being routed through this location. We were hoping for a different location nearby that we prefer but delivery orderers can’t be choosers. We ended up straight out missing two pieces of our order, another two were wrong (including a failed vegetarian substitution), and the pieces that came fell apart almost immediately/were sloppy to the point of needing silverware. What did show up was still edible and mostly warm. We definitely spent too much for what we got (or DIDN’T get, in this case)."
