"Lack of management, employees mess around and scream while customers are in the building, text on their phones while “serving” customers. Dirt and food on tables. If I was the owner I’d be ashamed of the employees working here what a joke. Order was wrong as well."
"You’ve been warned, do not order delivery from this store. It took over an 1hr 45mins to receive our order from the time we ordered. We received our order confirmation at 12:25 an out for delivery at 12:42 and we received our food at 2:05. Talk with Jacob at the store and his excuse was, we have one driver and he took multiple, multiple deliveries. He had this issue before and just ignored it but it happening again, we won’t be back. We will go elsewhere. So much for Freaky Fast!"
"Edit August2023: I jumped the gun on my initial review. We order delivery almost every other week. Tired of nothing being correct, not sure the point of editing anything in the app. I've changed the delivery note 3 times now to ask people not to ring the doorbell, my baby is always sleeping. This is the 3rd time I've tried wording it and idk the 6th time it's gotten rung out of 9? The last one was just the final straw when I could hear the delivery person coming down our street with their subwoofers, rang the doorbell, and drove off so fast I had to apologize to the neighbors that a car left our house driving so fast. I'll drive out to the Carmel location to pick up or just have something else. I love Jimmy John's in general but this location is just not worth it. Delivery is usually fast though, shocker. Original: Best Jimmy John's location by far. Delivery is always incredibly fast and staff is very friendly."
"Ordered a combo with a large drink. Should’ve ordered a medium because that’s the amount of soda I got anyways. A team member made this drink, saw how low it was filled, didn’t care, and put the lid on anyways. Freaky fast service shouldn’t mean bad service."
"If you go to this location, do not expect “freaky fast” service. Additionally, if you ask for variations on your sandwich you will not get it. I ask for hot peppers on my sandwiches. Every time I yield a result similar to the picture. I have asked in varying ways but they don’t seem to understand. For a sandwich that comes with hot peppers and the additional request for extra (not noted on the receipt for some reason after explicitly requesting) this is inadequate."
