They tested my Jeep Patriot, explained the codes, let me take pictures of each of the codes, googled the issues with me, explained some causes that I’m already forgetting but will definitely remember if I see them on Google, went over the parts needed AND the MINUTE differences between two spark plug brands so I could decide which one to buy, then went back out to look at my tail light to replace it yet again (don’t ask I pinky promised), helped me find the correct part number to order, found the rear rain wiper doodad, AND THEN PUT IT ON FOR ME!!!!"

"I had my fiancé take my battery in to get it tested and charged.simple right?employee said about 45mins for a “quick charge”. Alrighty. So my fiancé left to come back to find that the store is CLOSED! Before closing time.. with my battery still inside the store. Very unprofessional to close and not even try and call the customer to inform them that the store was closing. Employee should have stated that the store was closing early.or simply not offered to charge the battery.I do NOT plan on coming back after I pick my battery up TOMORROW! I will be taking my business elsewhere. Photo taken at 7:22pm. All times say 9pm for closing."
