"I pulled in to Sam's club parking lot at 6:07. My wife's tire wasn't holding air and they were the only tire shop open till 7pm. He had no customers after 6:17 but he had no time to patch my wife's tire so instead leaving her stranded in the parking lot. I believe on average it takes 5 to 10 minutes to patch a tire. I would have understood if they were super busy or even close to closing but totally unprofessional. Thanks Sam's"

"Holiday weekend traveling got a nail in tire, only place we could find open was sam's club but they refused to fix tire because we weren't members sent us on our way with a nail still in tire tried to explain that we don't have a sam's club so paying for a membership was pointless."
